***UPDATE***

We have several retired adult Huskies looking for their forever homes! Check below for more information!

Our friends at Fluffy Tail Huskies in Chattanooga, TN have taken over for us!! Check out their website, https://fluffytailhuskies.com/

Hey there everyone!
It is with great sadness that we inform you all that we will no longer be raising Siberian Huskies here at Frostborn Farms. We love our Huskies so very much, but at this point in our lives, breeding them has just become too much for us. Owning a few Huskies as pets is one thing, but caring for an entire pack and raising litters is extremely labor intensive and time-consuming. It’s just becoming too difficult for us to keep up and give all of our sweet babies the lives they deserve. We will never stop loving Siberian Huskies and helping any in need, we just won’t be raising them anymore. We aren’t going away completely, if you love adorable Cavalier King Charles Spaniels then keep an eye on our Website and Facebook page! (Complete opposite of Huskies, we know. Lol. ) Our sweet Cavaliers simply fit our lifestyle better and aren’t as physically demanding as our darling Huskies.
On a more positive note, we are helping some wonderful friends in Chattanooga, TN get started with raising Siberian Huskies! In fact, they will be carrying on with some of our darling Frostborn Huskies! We will definitely post an update here on our Website and on our Facebook page with their website and information when they get everything set up!
P.S. This does not mean we will be disappearing from our current Husky owners lives! We will still want all of the updates! We still love all the Husky babies we have brought into the world and we will always be here for our Frostborn Family!

Our darling Frost is looking for his forever family!

Frost is a handsome AKC Siberian Husky. He has already been neutered. He is 5 years old, born on 11/23/2017. He has OFA Excellent Hips & Normal Elbows and has received several OFA Normal Eye certifications. He is up-to-date on vaccinations. Frost has recently been retired from our breeding program and we have made the decision to find him a loving forever family as we believe he will be happiest in a home where he is more at the center of attention. Frost will require a home with Husky experience and preferably some training experience as well. Frost is very sweet, clingy and cuddly, but also energetic and pushy (but with a soft side), so will need someone that will be firm with him when needed and teach him boundaries. He is extremely smart, extremely food motivated and has fantastic eye contact when learning so I have no doubt he can learn anything that someone wants to teach him. He has not had any issues with any children that have come around, however, we prefer that he does not go to a home with young children for several reasons. He can be energetic and clumsy and may accidentally knock over small kids and also because our dogs have not grown up with children on a daily basis, so they haven't been poked and prodded by small children non-stop every day, so they may not know how to cope with that. He will need at least some house-training as he lived indoors when he was younger for a couple years, but he has been primarily outdoors since that time. Our adults are generally not difficult to fully potty train as they prefer to potty outside where they are used to going their entire lives. He is crate trained as well. We believe Frost would prefer a primarily indoor home (with a fenced in yard) as he loves to be with his people as much as possible, but with proper accommodations, he'd be happy to live primarily outdoors as long as he gets ample attention and has a large, secure fenced yard. Frost has gotten along just fine with any other female Huskies we have introduced him to, but he cannot be with other male dogs. Therefore, no dog parks are in his future. A home with absolutely no small animals is a must! Frost is cat aggressive and we do not think he would be best suited for a home with small dogs either. We are trying to find only the perfect home for our darling Frost, so please tell me about the home you would provide when inquiring about him. He will only go to the home we believe is the best match for him, so please do not be offended if we don’t think your home is the right fit, it is nothing personal and we are simply trying to do our best to place him in his forever home. He is micro-chipped and we will require that we remain as a secondary contact on the chip. We will always take him back for any reason, he will always have a home here with us if needed. We are asking a $50 re-homing fee. We will not ship and we prefer that he stays within a few hours of us, so please check the distance before contacting, we are located in Spencer, TN. Please call or text 931-349-4055, if you call and don't get an answer, please leave a message. (I get a lot of spam calls, so I typically don’t answer or call back unless I receive a voicemail or text.)
